I am a legitimate customer of Don Thomas Construction. I am not a relative and I’m not a close friend of Don Thomas, nor am I a local reviewer or paid reviewer. I contacted Mr. Thomas the afternoon of Monday, 22 September 2025 because I’m selling my home and needed to replace the 54-year-old septic tank. Don came by first thing in morning of the 23rd to assess the situation. He assisted me in obtaining a permit from the Health Dept. The permit was issued in just a few hours on the 23rd. We had to delay installation of the new tank due soggy ground resulting from a very heavy rain. The new tank was delivered to my house on the morning of Friday the 26th and Mr. Thomas and his crew arrived shortly thereafter. The new tank was installed and functional later that afternoon. Mr. Thomas’ actions were very responsive, which was critical due to my close sale closing date. He got the job done. He did a good job and in a very timely fashion. I absolutely/highly recommend Don Thomas Construction if you are in need of septic system services.
