I was refered to this company by a friend. I had same day phone and tex conversations with company's owner, Mr. Thomas and same day in home dealings with Josh one of their Reps., Josh who was fantastic. The job which included figuring out what was wrong, making an action plan, installing a new weather proof alarm and curcuit box, wiring a septic pump and alarm float and installing two tank collars was completed before 8:30 am the following morning. Nothing is cheap nowadays and the aforementioned certainly was either. However, the service level is top drawer! I have no complaints or concerns, feel like they stand behind their work and will be calling on them for any furture needs.
