Our family woke up the morning of 12/30/2025 to all toilets, bathtubs and showers backed up from our septic system. Gave Don and his company a call from a google search at 06:45 and Josh showed up at my residence about 7:15ish...Totally expecting just to drain a septic tank, he ran into a slew of issues which he step up to the plate to fix and make sure it was done right. Having to replace a burned out pump, rewiring a botched previous job which was unsafe for my family, and I'm sure there are a couple of other things I'm failing to mention. If I could give this company 10 stars I would. They really took care of us, kind and descent, and extremely professional. You want a job done right, call this company. For Josh: you are one of the most professional and best guys I have ever had do any work for me in my lifetime and that is saying something. Wish you all the best to your company in future business endeavors.

Their pricing was significantly lower than competitors, the work was completed quickly, and most importantly, it was done right. Don will absolutely be my go-to for any future construction, plumbing, or other services he offers.
